Oaties

Oaties
Yields 30-32?

1 lb melted butter
4 c brown sugar

Microwave 2 minutes or so until sugar is melted. Cool. In a small mixer beat to emulsify.

Add 8 cups old fashioned rolled oats
4 tsp baking powder
2 tsp salt

Mix in large bowl. Pour sugar mixture over and blend with spatula.

Scoop into brioche tins and bake at 275 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

For Toll house cookie dough sprinkle dough over cookie sheets and bake and cool. Use butterscotch to flavor the vanilla ice cream and add cooked cookies and mini choc chips.

For oatmeal cookie ice cream make cinnamon ice cream and add the cookie crumbles.
