No kidding! It is every women's dream and it is extrememely delicious. Cooking time varies depending on your microwave. Serve with a side of vanilla ice cream or drizzle with warm caramel.
5 MINUTE CHOCOLATE CAKE
4 tablespoons flour
4 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
A pinch of baking powder
A pinch of salt
1 egg, beaten
3 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons oil (or applesauce)
½ tsp vanilla extract
1. In a large coffee mug, mix the flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder and salt.
2. Add egg and mix into dry mixture.
3. Add oil, milk, and vanilla extract and mix well.
4. Bake in microwave on High (1000 watts) for 3 minutes.
5. Allow to cool a little and remove from the mug for serving
Garnish with ice cream and raspberry coulis. For crème anglaise simply melt the ice cream until warm.
